Overall experience was really good. Staff was really pleasant. Negative comments: When we arrived the staff kept telling everyone to get out of the street. If they got hit they were on their own cause they don’t have insurance, I order the middle rage tickets thinking that we would have better choices. They grouped the last two groups together. We were last in line to get our food. Food could have been hotter. Don’t purchase the middle range of tickets get the cheapest ones.

We celebrated my mother in law's 70th birthday and it did not disappoint. It was her first time in Hawaii and first time being in a luau show. The fire dance was amazing! All the crew and staff were really engaged and friendly. We've been in a bigger luau before but this one's more intimate and smaller setting makes all the difference. Highly recommended!

Easy to get to. Perfectly organized. Amazing drinks and food but the entertainment was off the charts. So much talent from the dancing to the fire performers. The Chief was so funny, personable and true to his spirit. I would love to go back.

Every part of this event was memorable. From entrance to end. Loved the interaction stations, enjoyed the bar, the food was wonderful and the show ….beyond phenomenal. What a treat to be entertained by such talented people who have such pride in their culture. I would absolutely recommend this Luau for people to see this show and I would most definitely see it again.

Had a fun time at Chief’s Luau overall. If you’re looking for a better view, I recommend heading towards the back and standing on the ledge to see it better. Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction to the flower lei, so I’d advise doing the shell necklace if you have any sensitivities before wearing one. It was an educational experience. As for the food, if you’re gluten-free, be prepared to eat beforehand. The options were quite limited—mainly iceberg lettuce, white rice, and shredded pork. For dessert, they serve pineapple chunks with white cake, but if you’re gluten-free, you can enjoy the pineapple. In terms of food, I wouldn’t go with high expectations—it’s definitely NOT the highlight. However, the performance was excellent, and the fire performer was impressive!

Absolutely amazing experience overall! Well organized staff and excellent service. We really enjoyed the buffet and the performance by the wonderful chief and his crew. This was nothing like what we have experienced before and gave us a true insight of Hawaiian culture. A must try experience indeed.
