We had a reservation to be picked up at the Miami Airport Hotel. The company misread our pickup time as 10:30 pm instead of 10:30 am. When I called to check where they were, I learned of the mistake. They couldn’t tell me if they could send someone to pick us up. Ended up having to find other transportation.

They did not show up to pick us up. We called two different numbers several times, they never picked ip the phone. I had my elderly mother with us. It was hot and we waited over 30 mins after pick up time and they never showed up.

Driver waited 3 hours for us to get through MIA. Perfectly polite, reliable and took us straight to our hotel. Plenty of space for our 4 suitcases. Above and beyond service to be fair. Just be aware that MIA isn’t much fun to arrive into as it can’t cope with large passenger volumes very well.
