David, the more I read your review, the more I understand that your main issue was simply not reading any of the provided information. Starting with the boat you booked—if you book an 18 ft boat, you will receive an 18 ft boat. The starting time was clearly stated as 4:30 pm, with instructions to arrive at least 20 minutes earlier (or even more if you need to park). It would have been wise to arrive around 4 pm, but you showed up over 20 minutes late. Not only did you have to park one, but two vehicles (despite us informing you that we do not provide parking on-site).
You also had to fill out waivers, which you could have done beforehand had you read the instructions. Additionally, you had to sign the boat charter agreement, which takes only two minutes, but since you were already late, it seems easier to complain about the process.
As for your remarks about us being a "disgrace" and the bathroom being "disgusting," I get that you're trying to make your review more dramatic. My advice? Just read the information. It only takes a few minutes and could have saved you from this unfortunate situation (which, honestly, you created for yourself). Based on your review, there's nothing we need to change to improve, because everything was clearly stated. The customers who take five minutes to read at least some of the information we provide always have a great experience.
Next time, before blaming a company for your bad experience, take a moment to reflect on how easily this situation could have been avoided with just a five-minute read.
