Windsor Castle is the largest occupied castle in the world still used by resident monarchs. William the Conqueror built a wooden fortress on the site 900 years ago—and Windsor has been a royal palace and residence since. Despite its daily use for royal business, much of the palace is open to the public and well worth a visit.

This was an incredible tour and our guide Clive was AMAZING! He provided historical and cultural context to all the sites: Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, Lacock and Bath. His jokes were great and the entire tour was very well organized. Our driver Jermaine was also fantastic! I would definitely repeat the tour and cannot recommend it enough. Just be prepared for a long but glorious day!

Mark was a wonderful guide! Our ride to and from Windsor castle was comfortable and full of conversation and background information. Mark was very Personable and provided wonderful insight into the castle as well as other historical aspects of London! He was patient with answering all of our questions! Thoroughly enjoyed our private tour! Would highly recommend taking your tour with Mark!

Great tour to see some very historic places!!
What an experience! It was New Year’s Day, so Windsor Castle/Oxford were closed, but it was so great seeing these places…in addition to Stonehenge. It was an all-day tour (and unfortunately it was raining and very cold), but Mel our tour guide was great and still made it an incredible tour to ensure we learned about each place we went to. Would recommend this tour!

Wonderful tour!
Stonehenge was beautiful and amazing! Windsor Castle was great! Was surprised and grateful to be able to give my respect to the Queen! The ride (bus) was comfortable and warm! Tour guide was knowledgeable. The earphones/device did not work the entire trip but Andy made up for that on the bus. Overall, great tour!
